President and Founder - Jeffrey Keller

Jeffrey Keller founded the IHCNA to present a new way of doing business in the health and fitness industry.  As the operator of a large, independent health and fitness facility, and formerly a manager of a corporate health promotions facility, his experience with succeeding on a shoestring budget has spanned 13 years in the industry.  A holder of two Masters degrees, one in Exercise Physiology and one in Business Administration, Mr. Keller has combined his passion for health and fitness with a business premise not commonly accepted among the competitive corporate American business world.  This premise, freely sharing "what works" with others who are not directly competing with you, has been a part of the non-profit sector for decades.  In some sectors of for-profit industries this premise has filtered in as well, but most business leaders are afraid to share their secrets.  Mr. Keller endeavors to bring together independent club administrations to share what they know in a non-threatening environment.

A graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Tampa, Jeffrey Keller has co-authored two articles on cardiac transplantation and resistance training.  He also regularly writes articles for two magazines and one newspaper in Southeast Texas.  He has worked as a researcher in an academic setting, as a clinician in a large cardiac hospital, as health promotions manager in a corporate facility, and as a general manager in a large commercial health club.  He lives in Northeast Houston with his wife Michelle.
